At Dualdi Print Shop, we take pride in creating custom and personalized products. Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Personalized and Custom-Made Products

Because personalized and custom-made products are created specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

• Change of mind.

• Incorrect size or color selected by the customer.

• Spelling errors or incorrect information provided by the customer.

• Errors in artwork or designs uploaded by the customer.

This policy applies to personalized T-shirts, hoodies, DTF transfers, custom gifts, and other made-to-order products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us as soon as possible at design@dualdi.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product.

After reviewing your request, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, correction, or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Personalized Products

For non-personalized products, return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning any product to receive instructions.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs when the return is not related to a defect or an error on our part.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

We will do our best to accommodate your request before production begins. However, once a personalized order enters production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
