How long does it take to prepare my order?

Our typical production time for personalized T-shirts and DTF transfers is 1–3 business days before shipping. Larger or more complex orders may require additional time; we will contact you if that applies.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping transit time is separate from production time and depends on the shipping method and destination. Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

Can I personalize my order?

Yes! We offer personalized apparel and other custom printed products. Follow the customization options on the product page or contact us with your project details.

How do I order DTF transfers?

Visit our DTF Transfers collection. You can select transfers by size, upload your own gang sheet, or create a gang sheet using the available product tools.

Can I upload my own artwork?

Yes. Eligible products include an upload option. Please review the file requirements shown on the product page before submitting your artwork.

Can I request a quote for bulk or business printing?

Yes. Use the quote request form on our home page to tell us about your project. Submitting a quote request does not place an order.

Can I return a personalized item?

Please review our Refund Policy for current return and refund conditions. Contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged or incorrect.
