Order Processing Time

Our typical production and processing time for personalized apparel and DTF transfers is 1–3 business days before shipping.

Larger orders, bulk printing projects, or products requiring additional customization may take longer. If additional production time is needed, we will contact you.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping time is separate from production time.

Available shipping methods, shipping charges, and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, based on the shipping destination and available carrier services.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at design@dualdi.com. We will do our best to help before your order ships.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available for your shipping method, the tracking information will be provided after your order ships.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination country, shipping carrier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.
