The following information will help you submit your design(s) so DUALDI DTF can provide what you want and you can look forward to the finished design you envisioned:rnAll artwork must be print ready and in the size you want it to be printed.rn300 DPI resolution is suggested for the best results.rnYou should ensure that your background is 100% transparent; otherwise, it will be printed as it is received. If the background is not transparent, it will be printed along with the design. We will not remove the background for you. We will print the design as it is received.rnArtwork will be printed in the size that is submitted. We WILL NOT resize any images.rnSubmitted design(s) will be printed as a DTF transfer only; the returned order will not include a garment or pressing services.rnPlease be aware that a heat press is required for application of DTF transfers. DUALDI DTF cannot be properly applied with a household iron.rnDUALDI DTF is not responsible for quality issues that may result from poor quality/low resolution files submitted to us. Failure to supply a print ready Portable Network Graphics (PNG) file will result in the order being cancelled and refunded.rnIndividuals submitting designs to DUALDI DTF should own the copyright on each design submitted for printing.
